Adapting to Change with Confidence

This course offers an introduction to change, explaining a popular change management theory. At each stage, you’ll be introduced to practical tools and have the opportunity to discuss and learn from others’ experiences and insights.

Course objectives:

  • Describe what change is and some of its drivers

  • Explain why a vision is important, identifying what needs to be considered and attempt to create a vision which focuses on the people

  • Identify emotions triggered by change and ways to support those impacted (including ourselves)

  • Complete a retrospective and understand the value of it throughout the change transition

  • Create a development action plan of commitment to apply these skills in the workplace
