This course helps you recognise your own conflict styles as well as those of others. With this insight, you’ll be able to assess conflict situations and choose the most effective strategy to achieve the best possible outcome.

Course objectives:

  • Recognise the five well-known conflict-handling modes

  • Increase your awareness of your own and others’ conflict styles

  • Develop skills for assessing conflict situations and selecting appropriate strategies for handling them

  • Practise using different conflict modes

  • Create an action plan for developing more effective conflict resolution skills

Duration:

4 hours. This course requires a small amount of pre-work to be completed by delegates.
