This course explores what’s needed when honest conversations and provides a framework to practise these conversations in a safe, supportive environment.
Course objectives:
Reflect on what makes an honest conversation, an effective one
Consider tools and techniques for honest conversations
Identify barriers to honest conversations and how these can be overcome
Explore a model and structure to assist the discussion process
Have the chance to practice having honest conversations
Create an action plan of your commitment to apply these skills in the workplace.
Duration:
4 hours. This course requires a small amount of pre-work to be completed by delegates.
