This course provides insight into stakeholders—identifying who they are, understanding their needs, and learning how best to engage with them.
Course objectives:
- Identify who or what a stakeholder is 
- Analyse your company’s stakeholders - and who your own stakeholders are 
- Use a stakeholder mapping method to categorise your stakeholders 
- Identify the appropriate methods of engagement and communication for individuals within your stakeholder groups 
- Create an action plan of your commitment to apply these skills in your role
