Managing Mediated Conversations offers a practical introduction to resolving interpersonal disputes quickly and informally, using core mediation skills with opportunities to practise.
Course objectives:
- Recognise how to remain impartial when attempting to mediating a conversation 
- Consider the differences between using mediation skills when facilitating conversations and taking other approaches 
- Apply a framework used to facilitate mediated constructively, safely, and effectively 
- Practise applying the steps involved in leading a mediated conversation 
- Create an action plan of your commitment to apply these skills in the workplace
