  • Consider the differences between using mediation skills when facilitating conversations and taking other approaches

  • Apply a framework used to facilitate mediated constructively, safely, and effectively

  • Practise applying the steps involved in leading a mediated conversation

  • Create an action plan of your commitment to apply these skills in the workplace
