Mental Health First Aid Training in Milton Keynes

MHFA England Certified training course

Practical support that makes a difference

A MHFA is trained to spot early signs of poor mental health, start supportive conversations, and guide colleagues towards the right help. This can help prevent issues escalating, and reduce absence, while creating a culture that normalises conversations around mental health – building a workplace that’s more open, supportive and engaged.

We highly recommend every organisation has MHFA’s when providing occupational health and safety advice (especially when achieving ISO 45001 and ISO 45003).

Why become a Mental Health First Aider?

If you want to make a real difference at work, this is one of the most practical ways to do it.

Through training, you’ll learn how to recognise when someone might be struggling, respond with confidence, and signpost the right support. Colleagues will also know you are approachable, should they be struggling.

You don’t need to be an expert – just someone willing to listen.

It’s a valuable skillset for any role, helping you support others while building confidence, communication skills, and awareness you can use every day.

What you’ll learn:

Designed for employees dedicated to supporting wellbeing in the workplace, this two-day training equips individuals with essential mental health first aid skills. Learn to recognise early signs of poor mental health, confidently start supportive conversations, and guide colleagues to appropriate professional help.
