This can help prevent issues escalating, and reduce absence, while creating a culture that normalises conversations around mental health – building a workplace that’s more open, supportive and engaged.

We highly recommend every organisation has MHFA’s when providing occupational health and safety advice (especially when achieving ISO 45001 and ISO 45003).
